Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.

Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition. Products must not be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, altered, or used in any way.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (including promotional or free shipping) are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges unless the customer exchanges for an item of the same or greater value, in which case the restocking fee may be waived.

International Orders: All international orders are final sale. Refunds are not available. Exchanges may be offered only if approved by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees.

Chargeback Policy: We do not accept chargebacks as a method of resolving order disputes. Customers must contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback. Any unauthorized, invalid, or fraudulent chargeback claims will be fully disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, tracking information, proof of delivery, and any customer communications.

Here are exceptions to returning items:

We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized, hand-painted, or made to order. (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).Some products are special ordered from the manufacturer and cannot be returned as they are treated as a customized product. Products with the policy will have it stated on the product page.

Certain products are not returnable and are marked clearly as such on the product page. Please note the specific return policy for that item takes precedence over our normal return and exchange policy.

You must contact us to receive and return form to be used with every return/exchange. Without a form return processing may take additional time and is subject to be rejected. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for processing.

Return and Exchange Policy Options

MUKHAY accepts returns for exchange only. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to both domestic and international customers. The same return and exchange terms apply regardless of the customer's country or location.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers must contact us before returning an item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any applicable return shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Delays & Extraordinary Circumstances : MUKHAY is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, strikes, or other serious and unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, an order may take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe. Customers are required to wait until the shipping carrier is able to complete delivery, and such delays do not automatically qualify the customer for order cancellation, refund, or exchange. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to a shipping delay caused by circumstances beyond MUKHAY's reasonable control. Customers should contact MUKHAY first regarding any delayed shipment. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, MUKHAY reserves the right to provide the relevant order, payment, fulfillment, tracking, carrier, and delivery evidence to the payment provider for review. MUKHAY will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and communicate with the shipping carrier during such circumstances; however, delivery timelines may be extended until normal shipping operations resume.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Refused packages:

Please do not refuse your package. By refusing a package we are then charged the return shipping cost. Any associated shipping fees we incur from refused packages will be deducted from refund total.
