  Shipping Delays & Extraordinary Circumstances : MUKHAY is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, strikes, or other serious and unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, an order may take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe. Customers are required to wait until the shipping carrier is able to complete delivery, and such delays do not automatically qualify the customer for order cancellation, refund, or exchange. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to a shipping delay caused by circumstances beyond MUKHAY's reasonable control.
